The Owensboro YMCA may be a popular place to host birthday parties, but we'll rent out our event space for any special occasion. If it's available when you need it, we'd be happy to reserve it for you.

Our event space is an affordable place to throw a party in Owensboro, KY. In fact, we've been able to accommodate large groups for:

- Sports team celebrations

- Church Youth Groups
Party Package 1
Choose: Friday: 5:30pm-7:30pm, Saturday: 11:30am-1:30pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm or Sunday: 2:00pm-4:00pm
This 2-hour party rental includes access to the pool for the first hour, a party room with tables and chairs, and gymnasium access! Accommodates up to 20 swimmers (children & adults), and 30 party guests total. Party does not include EXCLUSIVE access to the pool or gymnasium.
YMCA Members: $150 / Non-Members: $200
A $25 non-refundable deposit is included in the party rate.
Cancellations less than two weeks before party date are non-refundable.

PARTY PACKAGE 2
CHOOSE: Saturday: 3:00pm-5:00pm -or- Sunday:3:00pm- 5:00pm
(based on lifeguard availability)
This 2-hour party rental includes 1 hour exclusive pool access, party room with tables and chairs, and open gymnasium! Accommodates 20 swimmers + (children & adults), and 30 party guests total.
(must choose this package if there will be more than 20 swimmers- regardless of age)
YMCA Members: $250 / Non-Members: $300
A $25 non-refundable deposit is included in the party rate.
