Swim For Fitness
Swim for Fitness is an excellent class for those who want to gain endurance, improve stroke technique, and build strength in their swimming workouts. It's great for those new to swimming or even experienced swimmers looking to stay in shape.
Participants MUST be able to swim 1 length (freestyle).
**Goggles and swim cap recommended.
