BOOT CAMP classes are absolutely FREE for members!
Our BOOT CAMP incorporates dynamic workouts designed to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a variety of body weight, Strength Training, Functional Training, and core strengthening exercises. Push you past your limits and test your mental toughness, all while having fun and burning calories!
All classes held at our Athenian Branch & last 1 hour (EXPRESS lasts 30 minutes)
Monday- 5:45am, 9am, 5:30pm
Wednesday- 5:45am, 9:00am, 12pm EXPRESS (Begins October 4th)
Friday- 5:45am, 9:00pm
